About Me

I am a transgendered person. Specifically, I am a male crossdresser. I truly enjoy dressing in feminine clothing. It just feels natural - the way it should be. As with many others like myself, the desire to dress feminine goes back to my early childhood. While this may come as something of a surprise to my mother and older sister, I took advantage of every opportunity I could find to put on some of my sister's dresses. On the other hand, perhaps it would be no surprise for them at all!

Over the years, I tried to find ways to express that which is a very real part of who I am. I tried to find sympathetic and understanding persons with whom I could share this aspect of myself. As delicately as I could, I would try to approach the topic. But so very many view this as a pervision of some sort, something to laugh at, to cast scorn upon. Like so many others, I would secretly acquire itmes, only to purge the tiny wardrobe. Even people with whom I shared my life, people who were very close, people who were open and caring toward other minorities wanted nothing to do with participating in my crossdressing nor wanting to even see me dressed.

Of course, I am not unique in any of this. Society frowns on this proclivity that I share with so many others. But, truth be known, I tire of what society thinks. It is time to finally be me. In the past year or so, I have ventured out in the world while dressed enfem. And, nothing happened! Oh, I have had a couple of strange looks. But that matters less. And I notice it less. At last, I am building some confidence to be myself and to give this aspect of myself room to grow. I thank some very special people for their help, encouragement and total acceptance that makes this possible.
